Lucy Dyson is a Berlin-based Australian artist, animator and music-video director. Her work has been exhibited and screened in major galleries, museums and film and arts festivals including:

The National Gallery of Victoria (Stick It! Collage In Australian Art, 2010). Wadsworth Atheneum Museum CT, (“Coney Island: Visions of an American Dreamland, 1861-2008,” The 2015/16 national US tour of the exhibition included San Diego Museum of Art, CA. Brooklyn Museum, NY. McNay Art Museum, San Antonio, TX.) The Australian Embassy, Berlin. The Melbourne and Sydney International Film Festivals, The Berlin Music Video Awards, The National Film & Sound Archive, The Australian Centre for the Moving Image and numerous others.

To date she has independently directed and produced over fifty music videos working with independent and major labels (including Sony Music AUS, UKand US, BMG, RCA, Universal, EMI and Sub Pop).

In 2016 she was commissioned to create animated content for Beyoncé’s Formation World Tour.

Other artists she has worked with include Grammy awarded musicians Gotye and Ray LaMontange, as well as Giant Sand, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Turbowolf, Gemma Ray, Still Corners, Sarah Blasko, Kate Miller-Heidke, Jonathan Jeremiah, Paul Kelly, and many others. In 2008 Lucy received a British Council Realise Your Dream award.
